The company is subject to supervision by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and offers a comprehensive range of investment management services in collaboration with its banking partners in Luxembourg and abroad. In addition, Spirit Asset Management, which has been approved to offer its services in major European countries, uses Deloitte for internal auditing and KPMG for external auditing.
Spirit Asset Management was founded in 2014 by a group of renowned financial entrepreneurs who have all dedicated their careers to the finance industry. Spirit Asset Management provides a high-quality, tailor-made, and innovative service that meets the demanding needs of its clients. With a senior and highly qualified team, all of whom have spent most of their careers in Luxembourg, Spirit Asset Management offers most of the financial services available on the Luxembourg financial market. SAM also offers more sophisticated financial and wealth engineering solutions, which are necessary for some of our clients.
Based on an open architecture, Spirit Asset Management can offer its clients a wide range of products and solutions that will enable them to determine the financial strategy best suited to their profile and investment objectives.
How do we operate ?
As an external asset manager (or “Third-Party Manager”), Spirit Asset Management operates within a tripartite relationship, complemented by our client and our banking partner. The relationship is formalized by signing a management agreement authorizing us to manage the assets deposited in a bank account. This management mandate is strictly limited to portfolio management, excluding any other action on our part. Thus, all other banking transactions (withdrawals, transfers, etc.) are carried out by customers directly with the bank. The customer is the account holder and communicates with their banker according to their needs.
