Wealth management
Spirit Asset Management offers its clients three types of mandates: discretionary mandate, advisory mandate, and order transmission contract (RTO).
Spirit Asset Management provides investment advice on a non-independent basis within the meaning of the European directive. This means that, although we operate on an open architecture basis, offering products issued and/or managed by third parties as part of our advisory services, we also advise collective investment schemes managed by our managers and/or financial instruments issued or provided by other entities with legal or economic links to our company.
We believe that our mission is to simplify complex matters for our clients. That is why we have defined three distinct profiles: conservative, balanced, and growth.
However, because we also firmly believe that we must remain flexible, we have implemented a personalized management profile designed to address any specific requests.
Life insurance
Unique investor protection, great flexibility in contract design and in the management of assets entrusted to us, complete tax neutrality, and confidentiality guaranteed by law are the main advantages offered by life insurance contracts governed by Luxembourg law.
Luxembourg laws and regulations aim to ensure optimal protection for policyholders. All players in the insurance sector and their activities are supervised by the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA), a public institution under ministerial authority. A mechanism known as the “safety triangle” and the “super privilege” granted to policyholders make Luxembourg life insurance contracts a valuable investment vehicle for protecting their assets.
Spirit Asset Management is approved by most Luxembourg insurers, giving our clients the freedom to choose the best offer in terms of both pricing and services.
Collective Management
As part of its authorization, Spirit Asset Management has been appointed as financial manager of several Luxembourg UCITS investment funds. Please refer to the section Investment Funds.
